Hi and welcome

Hi and welcome to my website to bring you all the details and information about the Holistic Health options I will have available for you. I am a mum of 3 offsrping, living in a beautiful market town in West Yorkshire, UK. I have been a breastfeeding mum, a cloth nappying mum, a believer in natural immunity and a home educating mum for over 10 years.

I worked as a health care assistant, within the community, in residential and nursing homes, and finally within the NHS for around 10 years before I had my first baby in 2009.

I have also always had a love for crystals, for holistic modalities, including aromatherapy, reflexology and massage. I was often a willing client for friends training at collage in many of these things.

My own skin and body care has often been of a natural nature, making my own skin care at various times and avoiding mass produced products for most of my adult life. Organic, plant based products were often a preference when I had the funds. There was a brief period just before, and shortly into, my first year as a mum, that I was pulled into the marketing bubble created by big companies, believing their hype, especially over their baby products. I woke up again and came back to my natural preferences shortly into my eldest daughter’s first year. Cloth nappies and breastfeeding were always my thing though.

After spending 7 years working in a handmade business, that I loved dearly, and which enabled me to stay home with my girls and begin our journey into home education as they come to school age, I decided it was time to return to my love for healing and caring. However, I have moved away from the choices given in medical fields, I didn’t want to return to hospitals and wards. So using the training I had chosen to do for my own enjoyment in crystal healing and aromatherapy, Davina Kecun – Holistic Health was born.

I believe we have the ability to at least look after ourselves better using things from the earth, nature and by keeping our bodies and minds aligned and in a high vibration. The more we learn to use things that are widely available in nature, the less I hope we have to turn to more invasive or pharmaceutical measures for health.

As I deepened my love for energy healing, explored metaphysics and quantum energy more, Davina Kecun - Holistic Health expanded into Indogksy Holistic. Realising my Soul came here to embody Indigosky, retaining my legal name for my soul mission felt misaligned.

At Indigosky Holistic I share information on my first main resources for healing, crystals and aromatherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), energy healing and more.

Aside from these I also bring my other soul mission of conscious motherhood to the front. Especially in supporting mums, and sometimes dads, to raise teens with unconditional love an conscious nurturing. Learning to trust ourselves first is the key to heart led, conscious nurturing of the next generations.
