Balancing the energy within
Having now explored the wonders of energy healing and Reiki, I’d now love to talk about some of the specifics I use reiki healing for with people.
Once I had felt for myself the activation of using energy healing and began to feel and sense the energy flow within myself, I began to see and feel more as I connected to the energy fields around me. This was especially the case for anyone individual who came to me for some reiki healing.
As I began to specificailly focus more and more on each beautiful soul who either came to me or who I offered to do some healing for I began to feel and see more of the energy flowing through them.
As I used the traditional hand positions of Usui Reiki initially, I realised they follow the energy centres of the body, or what some may commonly know as Chakras.
Our chakras are the energy centres that help move the flow of energy through our body. The word chakra is translated from Sanskrit and basically means wheel. I imagine the chakras as energetic, etheric cogs that help the chi, ki or prana, the life force energy, move through the body,
During the 6 months after my Reiki attunements I began to study more of these energy centres and as well as developing the Quantum Energy Clearing Process, I started to support people though their Reiki sessions to allow this energy to regain its flow through the Chakra system, helping a rebalancing of the energy for them.
During Chakra balancing session I tune into the energy in your energy centres and feel for any auric field gaps or changes. I usually feel this as heat, a chill, or can sometimes feel a magnetic push or pull. I can sometimes see the colours of the centre and energy field too, but mostly I feel the energy in the ways mentioned.
I start with the 7 most know chakra, looks at the energy flowing through them and assists any blockages to be freed. but then move into the 22 that I support people with most closely. Over a course of the 5 sessions I suggest you you have I can energetically free these centres up and bring you to a greater sense of clarity and peace.
