‘Ease to sleep’ crystal elixir

Selenite - a powerful crystal for insomnia. It provides protective energy which enables stress to release whilst you sleep. This will bring a feeling of energetic enthusiasm when you wake for the day.
Hematite - a fabulous grounding crystal. It aids anxiety release, helping you embrace learning experiences from the day to release them to source. Making it easier to process the day, and therefore creating a deeper sleep.
