A phase of change

There are no words to express the beautiful weekend I've just experienced.

It's been a weekend of connection.

It's been a weekend of replenishment.

It's been a weekend of crying and laughing.

It's been a weekend of friendship and sisterhood.

It's been a weekend of healing that has been gentle and easy.

It's been a weekend of love.

It's all well and good doing deep healing, diving into your shadow, processing your trauma, but part of healing, finding yourself and releasing your past is moving on, making new connections and learning to have fun again through trust and love.

It's was a weekend full of abundance, reminding all in attendance at the @somaearth.cic retreat that empowerment is available to us all, when we make small steps to remember who we are.
